The coffee and its effects: there’s a coffee for every moment of the day ...

The coffee is a part of our days and in some special occasions it marks the daily habits, rituals and biological rhythms ... let's see some of these daily moments and the effects that the coffee gives to them:
Morning Waking up the coffee has a diuretic effect because the black drink tends to expand the kidneys. This process increases the formation of urine and the final result is the expulsion from the body of the organism waste substances.
After lunch A good cup of coffee helps digestion because it increases intestinal peristalsis and thus there’s a prevention from constipation.
Afternoon A good cup of coffee during the mid-afternoon allows receiving the charge to overtake the phase of sleeping that usually starts in that afternoon period. The coffee, in fact, acts improving the respiratory conditions and the muscle contraction capacity.
Evening Many people do not drink coffee at night because they fear of not being able to sleep: surely it depends on how the body reacts to caffeine, and this reaction is really personal, but generally it should be noted that the coffee drunk in the (late) evening gives a positive effect on brain centres. It activates and stimulates creativity and imagination ... in the end is very useful for those who work and / or study at night.
