Coind develops and manufactures Lavazza® A Modo Mio® compatible capsules for the private label segment, offering a complete service that accompanies the customer at every stage of the project, from the choice of the capsule to the realization of the finished product. The experience gained in contract manufacturing, combined with structured industrial processes and rigorous quality control, allows the company to create reliable solutions that are consistent with brand positioning and guarantee excellent result in the cup.

Types of capsules available

All Lavazza® A Modo Mio® compatible capsules are manufactured and packaged on automated lines and are designed to ensure consistent result. Coind assortment for Lavazza® A Modo Mio® system includes two types of compatible capsules, designed to ensure optimal performance and proper extraction.

Plastic capsules

The capsules are made of PP, a material that is highly resistant to the high temperatures reached during brewing.

The self-protected structure helps to preserve coffee freshness and taste over time.

The barrier lid ensures effective closure and adequate protection of the blend. The top is available in different colors and can be customized.

Compostable capsules

Compostable capsules are made of 100% compostable PLA and produced by a multilayer thermoforming process, which provides the necessary oxygen barrier without compromising the compostability of the product.

The capsules are TUV AUSTRIA - OK COMPOST INDUSTRIAL certified. The lid is made of compostable multilayer paper and PLA.

This solution is designed for brands oriented towards a more responsible approach.

Custom blends

Coind offers a wide selection of recipes: from traditionally more harmonious 100% Arabica coffees to blends with a high percentage of robusta with a thicker, stronger flavor. Also single-origin blends, coffees with Organic, Rainforest and Fairtrade certifications, and decaffeinated coffees. If the customer needs a specific profile, we develop exclusive custom blends from samples or flavor indications provided.

We select coffees from 20 countries of origin.

In the countries of origin, Coind experts carefully select the best green coffee beans of the traditionally more harmonious Arabica and Robusta varieties, commonly with a thicker and stronger flavor, as early as the time of harvest.

Packaging formats

Lavazza® A Modo Mio® private label compatible capsules can be packaged in different formats designed for retail channel and for efficient distribution management. Boxes of 16 - 32 - 54 capsules are available. Each format is designed to enhance the product on the shelf and adapt to the customer's logistical needs.

Customizable packaging

Packaging can be fully customized in line with brand identity. Coind provides several printing and finish options, including:

  • customizable tops

  • boxes with glossy and matte coatings

  • boxes with premium effects such as hot foil and embossing

The customer provides the graphics, developed based on technical drawings provided by Coind. File checks and color proofs are provided to ensure the final result meets the required quality standards .
