A traffic study carried out by major U.S. telecoms noted that, in the United States, there would be a spike in data and text message traffic that is concentrated in a time slot considered unusual until a few months ago, namely at 7 a.m.
But what is happening to Good Morning America? Is it goodbye to the family breakfast where once (or until recently) the first thing in the morning was coffee in the kitchen with other family members? It would seem from this data that now, adults and teenagers in the Internet age have as their first impulse to turn on theirodevices to check email, text messages, Facebook and Twitter.
Some may say that these are the changing times and societies, and some may say that this is progress ... fortunately, at least coffee continues to retain its unmistakable aroma.
