Coffee Iced Cream is a middle ground between ice cream, sorbet and slush all with a coffee flavor. In coffee shops it is becoming very popular among coffee lovers and is a good alternative to iced coffee or shaken coffee.

In cafes and bars, ready-made preparations are used to make this coffee creamer, but what if one wanted to make it at home as well? Here is the recipe and ingredients:

Serves 6:
Half a liter of milk
50 grams of sugar
50 grams of cream
10 grams of instant coffee
Ice
Iced espresso coffee

Preparation:
1) Extract the coffee with the mocha or with the pod and/or capsule machine you have at home.
2) Put it in classic ice bags and place the bag in the freezer until it freezes.
3) Take an ice crusher and crush about 50 grams of iced coffee cubes and 50 grams of ice.
4) Take a food processor and/or blender, put in the sugar, the ice crushed in step 3, the milk, cream and instant coffee. Blend everything for about 5 minutes, then pour into cups and serve pour into cups and freeze.
