Now in its second year, the "Annalisa Intermoia" Scholarship initiative is a project created in collaboration with theFederico II University of Naples that allows motivated and capable Food Science and Technology graduates to gain hands-on experience in the field of Consumer Science and Sensory Analysis. Participants work entirely alongside specialized researchers, with the goal of developing a research project and learning new and/or established sensory techniques.
Co.ind gladly and favorably contributes to this initiative, which will start in December 2009 and will focus on the application of sensory analysis and consumer science for the improvement of bakery products.
