Ground coffee is quite a delicate product and therefore, once we open our 250-gram "tile," we need to take some steps to preserve it at its best and store it as long as possible so that we can always consume it with the full aroma.
Ground coffee is especially afraid of air, heat, humidity and light, therefore, it is best to store it in an airtight container (steel or glass) and in a cool, dark place: for example, the refrigerator is perfect.
When the container where you put the ground coffee is empty and you are ready to refill it with freshly ground coffee from a new package, it is a good idea to first wash and dry the container well before adding fresh coffee.
