Recipe for 6/8 people
Ingredients: 125 g butter, 100 g sugar, 2 cups Vergnano Arabica coffee, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 250 ml whole milk, 1 large pinch of salt, 2 eggs, 14 g cornstarch, 200 g flour, half a packet of baking powder, 150 g dark chocolate.

Work the butter and sugar with a whisk, add the beaten eggs, coffee, flour, starch and baking powder. Mix to obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough; at this point add the vanilla essence and milk a little at a time. Spread the dough into the molds three-quarters of their capacity. Bake at 200 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes in the oven, then take them out of the oven. Sprinkle chocolate and fountain coffee beans over each muffin and enjoy this delicacy.
